Chelsea are done as a top-four force after being hit with a transfer ban until 2020.Thats according to former Arsenal winger Perry Groves, who had a blunt response to Blues fans who claimed the FIFA ban could be good news for the clubs long-term future.1

The news is a blow to Maurizio Sarri, although some claim the ban could have also saved his job
